The owner bought this as a bungalow with a poorly designed loft conversion having low ceilings and a mock Tudor style that didn't match, three ground floor bedrooms and one in the roof.
The District Council limits the expansion of buildings in the green belt and this is next to an area of outstanding natural beauty. Carefully designed and successfully negotiated, we achieved planning permission. The result is a contemporary chalet bungalow comprising: Three ground floor bedrooms with an office, two large reception rooms and a large kitchen dining room. Three bedrooms in the roof each with en-suite bathroom.
